Do-Over Review

I wrote the 2 star review from 9/15/21 down there.
Since then, I've tried out the products 2 more times, using a different technique from the first time I tried it. I'm now back to purchase pots #1 and #2 as a xmas gift, so I guess if I have to get #3 just bc... that's life.

They should really put better directions in the insert bc without knowing that you have to really work the scrub in- you give up. The gel is gross feeling especially bc for a minute or so, it feels like you're just making a mess on your face and getting it in your mouth.

Anyway, here's my recommended instructions:

#1: Put plenty of scrub on your lips. I use my finger and rub the scrub pretty vigorously into my lips. I *keep* rubbing until the gel is absorbed and I just have scrub pieces. It gets really rough at that point and you can feel your lips starting to burn as they come off. **That's** where I rinse off the scrub.
#2: I put a *very generous* amount of the mask on. I believe it should tingle bc of the scrub. I leave the lip mask on until it wears off by itself. This means I'm walking around with a thick layer of shiny goo on for a while.
#3. I may or may not use. I have better and since I leave the mask on, there's not much point.

It works though, your lips will be smooth and plump. Mostly bc you're going to beat the sh*t out of them. 1 star off bc the citrus balm isn't so great - should be 2 stars but I'm hoping to even out my previous 2 star review. (2+4= 6 /2=3 and all that)

5 stars for Mask - 0 for other 2 that muct be purchased together

Such a bummer - I LOVE the mask but can't buy it separately from the other two (which don't work for me at all - they may for others),

So instead of purchasing what I need, and what works beautifully for $20 - I'd be forced to spend $60 on one $20 product, and I can't justify that. Waiting for them to sell separately. The mask is like no other ammmazing
