My Account

How do I create an account?

Creating a EMstore customer account allows you to store billing and shipping information so that you do not have to enter it every time you place an order. Please note that EMstore does not store credit card information for your security. You can also keep track of all purchases made while logged into your account. To create an account, simply enter your information here.

How can I recover/change my password?

If you cannot remember your password or need to change your password, simply click on the “forgot password” link. You will need to enter the email address associated with your account and click the submit button. After clicking the submit button, you will be emailed a “reset password” link along with direction as to how to recover or change your password.

How do I update my account information?

I am getting emails, but I cannot login?

If you are receiving email notifications from EMstore, you may not necessarily have a username, yet. You may have simply signed up for promotional emails and/or our newsletter. Please feel free to create an account using this link

How do I unsubscribe to your email newsletter?

Are products tested on animals?

No. Eminence Organics is not only cruelty free but also Leaping Bunny Certified. For more information on the many certifications of the Eminence products you can visit:

Are the products Gluten Free? Vegan? Soy Free? Nut Free?

Eminence Organics offers a large variety of lifestyle and allergy friendly products. You can choose the “Refine By” option while browsing any of our product pages to see a list catered specifically to your concern.

Are the products safe for use during pregnancy?

Although all the products that Eminence Organics offers are made with natural and organic ingredients, we still suggest that anyone who is pregnant or nursing check with their primary healthcare provider to ensure the products are safe to continue using.

What is the expiration date of my product?

Natural preservatives keep the products fresh and the typical shelf life is 12 to 18 months. If you are ever unsure about the age of a product in your possession, the biggest indicators that it has outlasted its shelf life are a drastic change in color or smell.

Where can I view a complete list of the ingredients in the products?

Unfortunately, we here at are simply a retailer of Eminence Organics products and not the actual company. For proprietary purposes, we are only able to provide a list of the key ingredients in the products on our website. Do you offer complimentary samples?

We realize that testing samples is very important when purchasing skincare products and we are proud to offer one complimentary sample with each full size product purchase to all of our customers. Special requests for samples may be made in the notes section on the checkout page. Unfortunately, due to the vast amount of samples requested, we have implemented a charge on orders that contain only samples or for additional samples that exceed the complimentary sample amount. Please see our sample/testers page for more information on pricing of samples.

My eye cream isn’t pumping. What can I do?

There is a common concern with some of the eye products not pumping initially. Although we would be happy to replace the product for you, please try this first to see if this will resolve the issue:
Because the pump is airless, oftentimes an air bubble will develop during transportation and cause a clog. To solve this, turn the product upside down and tap the bottom of the product while simultaneously pressing down on the pump. A bit of force may be required in order to disrupt the air pocket. Repeat a couple of times or until the product begins dispensing.
If this does not work, please let us know and we will have a new product shipped to you and a pre-paid shipping label sent over so that you can return the defective product.

The seal on my product wasn’t on. Can I get a replacement?

Since Eminence Organics is an all-natural, organic skin care company they ALSO use all-natural adhesive to seal their products. We have heard a lot of feedback about the seals not sticking and are completely aware of the issue. It is a frequent concern with our customers. It’s not typical for these products to leak because of the seal issue but, we have had it happen. We can absolutely issue you a replacement (although we cannot guarantee that the new product seal won’t lift upon shipping as well).

My new products are giving me an allergic reaction.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number as well as a link to track your package. Additionally, you can track your order by entering he order information here.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer complimentary USPS Priority 1-3 Day Shipping on all orders with a total of $75.00 or more. The cost of shipping for all orders with a total under $75.00 is $2.99 for Ground and $5.99 for USPS Priority. Additionally, FedEx Express delivery with real-time rates is available as an option at checkout.

When will I get my order? How long does shipping take?

We are proud to be able to offer fast, reliable shipping methods to get your order to you as quickly as possible. USPS Priority 1-3 Day Shipping is typically delivered within 1-3 days from the day the package was shipped out. Please note, this delivery timeframe does NOT include processing time for the order. Processing may take 1-3 days prior to the ship date. Ground services are also available and usually take 5-10 business days to be received after processing. If you have any questions about the expected delivery date of an order that has already shipped, please contact the United States Postal Service first by calling 1-877-747-6249 or visiting them online at

My tracking number says an order has been delivered, but I have not received it?

If you have received a tracking notification stating that your shipment has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS first by calling 1-877-747-6249 or visiting them online at If they are unable to resolve the issue, please contact your bank and dispute the charge. We are unable to provide a secondary shipment for orders that have been marked as delivered.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email.

We completely understand our customers’ concern when they don’t receive an email confirmation for their order. If you have already checked your spam folder with no luck please, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at 1-855-356-3376 and we can confirm your order for you. We can also verify email address accuracy in order to insure future emails are received!

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the United States Territory which includes Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and the Minor Outlying Islands.

Refunds & Exchanges

Can I cancel my order?

When an order is placed on we begin processing the order immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. We’re unable to cancel or change an order once it’s submitted.

Can I return a product for a refund?

Absolutely! We have a 30-day return policy and have no problems taking any return within that time period. You can read more about our policy on Returns & Exchanges here.

How can I exchange a product?

To initiate a return, please visit the Returns & Exchanges page here and fill out the required return request form. Please include your name, order number, the name of the item(s) being returned and the reason for return in your request. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label upon request for $5.99. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of the return. Please read the full return policy before submitting your request to insure that you are eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.

I received damaged products what is your return policy?

We are so sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged. We understand how frustrating that can be and handle all of our customer complaints very seriously. We would be more than happy to replace the product for you free of charge! You can read more about our policy on Returns & Exchanges and fill out our return form here.

I returned my order, where is my refund?

EMstore will issue a refund within 14 business days of receiving and processing your returned order in our warehouse.

Incentive Programs

Do you offer any incentive programs?

We certainly do. We offer a Rewards program as well as a Refer a Friend program. Both of these give you credit to use towards future purchases.

What is the Rewards program?

With EMstore Rewards, you earn points from each purchase, which leads to discounts on future orders. Plus, it’s free to join and we even give you reward points just for joining and for writing product reviews.

What is the Refer a Friend program?

We will send a welcome email to your friends informing them that they have been referred by you through your participation in the Refer a Friend program. Each friend you refer will need to create an account in order to receive a Ten Dollar ($10) coupon to use towards any purchase with a minimum of One Hundred Dollars ($100). Once your friend makes their first purchase, you too will receive $10 credit.
